Nadia Rehman graduated with Bachelor of Science degree in Health Science studies from Baylor University. She then attended Texas Woman’s University in Houston where she received Master of Science in Physical Therapy degree in 2005. Since graduation, Nadia has worked in multiple outpatient clinics gaining experience in McKenzie approach to treat low back and neck pain, working with geriatric population with orthopedic and neurological diagnosis, and sports medicine. Nadia strongly believes patient education is the key to providing excellent patient care and strives for quality care. Outside of work, Nadia enjoys volunteering in the community, hiking, and spending time with her husband and two daughters.
Dr. Michael Pile graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s in Science and Biology from the University of Houston. Michael then earned his Master of Science in Physical Therapy from Texas Woman’s University, and later went on to earn his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine with an emphasis in orthopedics and manual therapy. With over 18 years of experience as a Board-Certified Physical Therapist, Michaels mission is to create superior patient outcomes, through skilled clinical intuition with an evidence-based approach; utilizing the most effective techniques to restore normal function to the musculoskeletal system. Michael specializes in exercise to increase strength, flexibility, endurance and manual therapy to mobilize restrictions in joints and soft tissue resulting in optimal healing, pain reduction, functional levels and sports performance. He enjoys bicycling, swimming, scuba diving, hiking, snowboarding and spending time with his family. He believes in practicing what he preaches, and performs regular strengthening, stretching, cardiovascular conditioning he also values healthy eating.
